CARE GUIDE

Care tips for all Jewellery:
• Always remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing, doing household chores or other strenuous activities, exercising or using abrasive cleaners.
• Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, lotions, body oils and other cosmetics while wearing your jewellery.
• When your jewelry is not in use, we recommend storing it in a cool dry place avoiding tarnishing. In addition, store your jewellery separate from each other to minimize scratching and tangling.

Cleaning tips for Sterling Silver and Gold Vermeil Jewellery:
Silver naturally oxidizes, and can react to people’s PH levels in their skin. If your treasure is made of high polished or oxidised Silver it only needs to be rubbed with a soft cloth. Alternatively silver pieces can be cleaned gently with a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water.
The pieces with a sand brushed finishing, with pure silver-plating or Gold Vermeil maintain its brightness using our preferred cleaning method of placing a piece of aluminium foil in a bowl, sprinkling a teaspoon of Bicarbonate of soda, place your jewellery on top and then carefully pour over boiling water. Finish by rinsing well in lukewarm water.
Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewellery cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your jewellery over time. We also do not recommend the use of any jewellery polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or polishing agents.

Each order is hand packed in a beautiful famaraspirit branded soft drawstring pouch and a Kraft Box, presented with a card with information about us and ready to treasure or give as a gift. The pouch and the Ring Box is perfect to store your jewellery in when you are not wearing it. You can also add a handwritten gift note when you checkout.

Packaging

Our jewellery is sent to you in discreet outer packaging. Famaraspirit is paperless and your receipt is emailed to you.

After an exhaustive research famaraspirit is now able to send you your precious jewellery in a 100% recycled and nevertheless beautiful Jewellery Box packed in a 100% recycled, discreet, and safety envelope. The box is FSC-certified and the envelope has the Blue Angel Certificate.

Instead of using new packaging materials made from precious raw materials, we simply reuse those who are already in circulation. This gives all the materials used in our packaging a new and significant role. As we feel a deep urge to collaborate towards a plastic free Ocean, we are happy to use packaging that definitely takes care of our planet: and so far this is the most resource-saving packaging we know.

Delivery

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.

Please note services to Australia are temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19 transport impacts. The situation is under close and constant review and we’ll let you know as soon as restrictions have been lifted.

The orders sent by Standard Delivery are shipped using Correos & Insured Delivery Service. Delivery usually within 7-9 days (occasionally Correos can take much longer to deliver). We will provide you with a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your delivery.

Returns

On rare occasions your jewellery feels not 100% right for you. If this is the case, please get in touch to arrange a return within 14 days of delivery and we’ll gladly accept your return and give you a full refund or an exchange. Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us within 30 days.

(This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, shipping costs and Earrings: for reasons of hygiene, we cannot exchange or refund them unless they are faulty.)

Your purchase may also be returned in our points of sale in Lanzarote! Simply bring your item to a store near you and we will gladly process your request. Don’t forget to bring the invoice sent to you by email.

CÓMO CUIDAR DE LAS JOYAS
• Hay que quitar las joyas antes de nadar, bañarse, hacer las tareas del hogar, especialmente cuando se usa limpiadores abrasivos u actividades deportivas.
• Evita el contacto directo de las joyas con productos de belleza como perfumes, productos para el cabello, lociones, aceites corporales y otros cosméticos.
• Cuando no llevas las joyas, recomendamos guardarlas en un lugar fresco y seco para evitar que se empañen. Además, guárdalas por separado para minimizar los rasguños y enredos.

Cómo limpiar las joyas de plata de ley y oro vermeil:
La plata se oxida naturalmente y puede reaccionar a los niveles del pH de la piel. Si tu joya está hecha de plata muy pulida o cubierto con óxido de plata, solo necesitas frotarla con un paño suave. Alternativamente las piezas de plata se pueden limpiar suavemente con un cepillo de dientes suave y agua tibia con jabón.
Las piezas con acabado satinado, con baño de plata pura u oro vermeil mantienen su brillo utilizando nuestro método de limpieza preferido de colocar un trozo de papel de aluminio en un bol, espolvorear una cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio, colocar las joyas encima y luego verter con cuidado agua hirviendo. Terminar enjuagando bien con agua tibia.
Evita el uso de abrillantadores o limpiadores abrasivos para joyas, ya que contienen productos químicos agresivos y pueden destruir tus joyas con el tiempo. Tampoco recomendamos el uso de paños para limpiar joyas que hayan sido tratados con limpiadores o agentes de limpieza.

PFLEGETIPPS

Pflegetipps für alle Schmuckstücke:
• Entferne Deinen Schmuck immer, bevor Du schwimmst, badest, Hausarbeiten machst, besonders wenn Du Scheuermittel verwendest oder andere anstrengende Tätigkeiten ausführst.
• Vermeide den direkten Kontakt mit Schönheitsprodukten wie Parfüm, Haarspray, Lotionen, Körperölen und anderen Kosmetika, während Du den Schmuck trägst.
• Wenn der Schmuck nicht verwendet wird, empfehlen wir, ihn an einem kühlen, trockenen Ort aufzubewahren, um ein Anlaufen zu vermeiden. Bewahre Deinen Schmuck außerdem getrennt voneinander auf, um Kratzer und Verwicklungen zu vermeiden.

Tipps zur Reinigung von Sterling Silber und Gold Vermeil:
Silber oxidiert auf natürliche Weise und kann auf die pH-Werte der Menschen in ihrer Haut reagieren. Wenn Dein Schmuck aus hochglanzpoliertem oder oxidiertem Silber besteht, muss er nur mit einem weichen Tuch abgerieben werden. Alternativ können Silberstücke vorsichtig mit einer weichen Zahnbürste und warmem Seifenwasser gereinigt werden.
Der satinierte Schmuck mit reiner Versilberung oder Gold Vermeil behält seine Helligkeit mit der Verwendung unserer bevorzugten Reinigungsmethode. Lege ein Stück Aluminiumfolie in eine Schüssel, streu einen Teelöffel Natron drüber, lege Deinen Schmuck darauf und gieße vorsichtig kochendes Wasser darauf. Zum Schluss gut in lauwarmem Wasser abspülen.
Vermeide die Verwendung von Tauchbädern- oder Scheuermittel, da diese aggressive Chemikalien enthalten und Deinen Schmuck im Laufe der Zeit schädigen können. Wir empfehlen auch nicht die Verwendung von Poliertüchern, die mit Reinigungsmitteln oder Poliermitteln behandelt wurden.

Devoluciones

Si la joya no es como lo esperabas puedes devolverla. Si este es el caso, comunícate con nosotras para organizar una devolución dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega, aceptaremos tu devolución y te cambiamos la joya o te reembolsamos. Solo asegúrate de que la joya esté en su envoltorio original y acompañada de un comprobante de compra (recibo o factura de envío) y devuélvenos el artículo sin haberlo usado dentro de los 30 días. Esto excluye los artículos personalizados y aretes. (Por motivos de higiene, no podemos cambiarlos ni reembolsarlos a menos que estén defectuosos.) No cubrimos los gastos de envío.
Tu compra también podrá ser devuelta en nuestros puntos de venta en Lanzarote. Simplemente lleva la joya a un puesto en la isla y con gusto atendemos tu objetivo. No olvides traer la factura que se te envió por correo electrónico.

Rückgabe

Wenn der Schmuck wider allen Erwartens nicht der Richtige ist, setze Dich bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Lieferung mit uns in Verbindung, um eine Rücksendung zu arrangieren. Wir akzeptieren Deine Rücksendung gerne, und tauschen den Schmuck um oder erstatten Dir das Geld zurück. Versichere Dich, dass sich das Produkt in der Originalverpackung befindet und ein Kaufnachweis (Quittung oder Versandrechnung) beigefügt ist, und sende den ungetragenen Artikel innerhalb von 30 Tagen an uns zurück. Dies schließt Artikel aus, die speziell für Deine Anforderungen hergestellt wurden und Ohrringe. (Aus hygienischen Gründen können wir sie nur umtauschen oder erstatten, wenn sie fehlerhaft sind.) Wir übernehmen nicht die Versandkosten.

Cada pedido está empaquetado a mano en una pequeña bolsa con cierre de cordón de la marca famaraspirit y una cajita 100% ecológica, presentada con una tarjeta con información sobre nosotras. La bolsita es perfecta para guardar tus joyas. También puedes agregar al regalo un mensaje personalizado escrito a mano.

Embalaje

Nuestras joyas se le envían en un sobre discreto. Famaraspirit no usa papel y el recibo se te envía por correo electrónico.
Recientemente famaraspirit puede enviarte tus valiosas joyas en una linda cajita hecha de material 100% reciclado y empaquetada en un sobre seguro y también hecho de material 100% reciclado. La cajita tiene la certificación FSC y el sobre tiene el sello del “Angel Azul”. Nuestro objetivo es no dejar huellas de carbono innecesarias durante nuestro trabajo.
En lugar de utilizar nuevos materiales de embalaje hechos de valiosas materias primas, reutilizamos los que ya están en circulación. Esto da a todos los materiales utilizados en nuestro embalaje un nuevo y significativo rol. Como sentimos una profunda necesidad de colaborar hacia un océano libre de plástico, nos complace utilizar un envoltorio que definitivamente cuida nuestro planeta. Es el embalaje con mayor eficiencia de recursos que conocemos hasta el día de hoy.

Jede Bestellung wird von Hand in einen kleinem Beutel mit weichem Kordelzug der Marke famaraspirit und in einer 100% ökologischen Geschenkbox verpackt, mit einer Karte und Information über uns. Der Beutel und die Box sind perfekt, um Deinen Schmuck aufzubewahren. Du kannst bei der Bestellung eine handschriftliche Geschenknotiz hinzufügen lassen.

Verpackung

Unser Schmuck wird neutral verpackt zugesandt. Famaraspirit benutzt kein Papier und die Quittung wird per E-Mail zugeschickt.

Famaraspirit kann seit kurzem wertvollen Schmuck in einer 100% recycelten und dennoch schönen Schmuckschatulle, wie auch in einem 100% recycelten und sicheren Umschlag verpackt zusenden. Die Box ist FSC-zertifiziert und der Umschlag hat das Blaue Engel-Zertifikat. Wir wollen während unserer Arbeit keine unnötigen CO2-Spuren hinterlassen.

Anstatt neue Verpackungsmaterialien aus wertvollen Rohstoffen zu benutzen, verwenden wir einfach diejenigen, die bereits im Umlauf sind. Dies gibt allen in unserer Verpackung verwendeten Materialien eine neue und wichtige Rolle. Da wir den tiefen Drang verspüren, auf einen plastikfreien Ozean hinzuarbeiten, verwenden wir gerne eine Verpackung, die definitiv unseren Planeten schont. Bisher handelt es sich um die ressourcenschonendste Verpackung, die wir kennen.
