These exquisite “Golden Sea Urchins” ear studs in gold vermeil in the shape of a real sea urchin are the perfect choice for anyone who loves the ocean as much as we do.
Sea urchins are one of our favourite sea creatures. The natural symmetry of their shells fascinates us, which is why we interpret it in some of our jewellery. We have the sea urchin design on bracelets, rings and pendants in different sizes. The gold vermeil finish on these earrings can be found as a pendant to create a beautiful set.

Gold vermeil is a novel expression of a traditional technique. The term “vermeil” indicates that, underneath the gold plating, there is 925 silver. In fashion jewellery, on the other hand, brass or another low-quality metal is used, which, if it loses its plating, cannot be gold-plated again and can cause allergies. Gold vermeil can always be re-plated, which guarantees the durability of the jewellery.
The “Sea Urchin” earrings have been designed in Famara in an environmentally friendly process and with certified materials of the highest quality. They are designed to last over time, just like the admirable design of the sea urchin skeletons.
