These delicate gold vermeil earrings in the shape of a sea urchin are a fantastic choice for those who love the ocean as much as we do.

Sea urchins are one of our favourite sea creatures. The natural symmetry of their shells fascinates us, which is why we use it as inspiration in some of our jewellery. We have the sea urchin design in bracelets, rings and pendants of different sizes. The gold vermeil finish and rose gold finish of these earrings can be found as a pendant to create a beautiful set.

Gold vermeil is a novel expression of a traditional technique. The term “vermeil” indicates that there is 925 silver underneath the gold plating. In costume jewellery, on the other hand, brass or another low-quality metal is used, which, if it loses its plating, cannot be gold-plated again and can cause allergies. Gold vermeil can always be re-plated, which ensures the durability of the jewellery.

The “Golden Sea Urchins” earrings have been designed in Famara in an environmentally friendly process and with certified materials of the highest quality. Just like the skeletons of ancient sea urchins, our pieces have been designed to last over time.
