We like to think that we all use common sense, come from a good heart, and use old-fashioned customer service rules. Everything below is a legal guideline, but we can often be more flexible, we really hope you feel welcomed and we work on the foundation of attaining this.

These Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between famaraspirit, represented by Tania Candela, with registered office c./Foque 11. 35558 Caleta de Famara (Las Palmas, SPAIN), NIF / CIF number X2129678Q, whose main activity consists of Jewelry and accessories and the buyer who acquires the products offered by famaraspirit(hereinafter, the “Buyer”).

These Conditions apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands by famaraspirit.

These Conditions are available to the Buyer in english and may access and download them at any time.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use or access to our website or the Service after the publication of any change in the Product Contract Conditions constitutes acceptance of said changes.

Buyer’s age

Only people over 18 can buy, in their own name and right. Otherwise, the responsibility for placing orders by minors will be borne by the minor’s parents or legal guardians.

Purchasing process

  1. The Buyer must select the product (s) and include them in the Cart.
  2. The Buyer must confirm the products he has included in the Cart.

  4. The Buyer must choose the shipping method.
  5. The Buyer must accept the General Purchase Conditions.

The offers presented by famaraspiritare valid within the limit of available stocks. famaraspiritreserves the right to modify the assortment of products depending on the difficulties imposed by its production and its suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not in any way commit famaraspirit.

Prices and payment method. Billing

All prices are inclusive of tax applicable to the country or area in which you are on the day of the order. Taxes will be calculated automatically depending on where the buyer resides. Any change in taxes will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale.

Offers on products for sale in famaraspiritwill be displayed in the “Offers” section or will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

The accepted forms of payment are the following:

Any other type of bankcard different from those listed above will not be accepted in the payment. Through this method of payment, famaraspiritdoes not collect or manipulate any customer data regarding their card number. All data is processed directly by the corresponding financial institution, thus offering you the greatest security and confidentiality in the transaction.
PayPal: If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal so that you can pay with your PayPal account or with your debit or credit card quickly and safely, without sharing financial information.

The Buyer guarantees to be the true cardholder or person authorized by him.

Bank Transfer: Payment by bank transfer is a simple payment method for making purchases over the Internet. You can make this payment comfortably from your bank. Remember that you must indicate your order number as the concept of payment to avoid errors in the management of your order. Please send proof of said transfer to contact@famaraspirit.com to expedite your order.
Transfers usually take approximately 48 hours to take effect. Once the payment is confirmed, the package will be sent.
The purchase invoice is sent to the email address indicated by the Buyer in the registration process at famaraspirit.

Shipping and delivery times

  1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
  2. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders.
  3. However, its delay will not imply or cancel the order or any compensation.
  4. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document.
  5. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.

Shipping costs: varies by country and shipping method and is indicated when choosing it. To Europe standard shipping is free from € 75.

Delivery times: All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage for delivery at any time other than the estimated delivery date.

Returns and right of withdrawal


The product is defective or has been damaged during transport:
In case that the product is defective, the Buyer can return it with all its accessories, assuming famaraspiritthe shipping costs that are generated by the delivery of the product and by the return of the same. famaraspiritwill proceed to resend the repaired or replaced product, completely free of charge. If the product has been damaged during transport, the Buyer must notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the product and note the incident on the carrier’s delivery note. When receiving the order, before opening the package, the Buyer must verify that the packaging is in good condition. If the Buyer observes any anomaly before opening the product, please do not open the seal or its packaging. famaraspiritmakes its transport company available to the Buyer for the removal of the merchandise, free of charge. If the Buyer wishes to return the merchandise with a transport company other than the one proposed by famaraspirit, and the transport company selected by the buyer offers higher rates, the buyer will assume the difference in the cost of transport.

The product does not reach its destination or does not match the description as published:
In case that the purchased product does not reach its destination, famaraspiritwill proceed to refund fully to the Buyer. If, upon receiving the product, the Buyer observes that it does not match the description as published in our online store, famaraspiritwill proceed with a full or partial refund. To do this, the Buyer must contact famaraspiritby phone 680340152 or by email contact@famaraspirit.com to process the return of the order.

In the event that the customer has returned a product based on an alleged defect or error in the merchandise, and it is finally determined that there is no such defect or error, the return costs will be borne by the customer.


The Buyer may also exercise his right of withdrawal within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt. The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the status of the merchandise has been verified and will be made through the same means of payment used to pay for the order and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, as long as it is famaraspiritwho manages the collection of the item. In the event that the buyer returns the item through a transport company of their choice, the period of 14 days will begin to run from when famaraspirithas effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, in its absence, from receipt of the item.

It is rare for our products to be faulty due to high quality workmanship and are guaranteed nationwide against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or habitual wear and tear.

Warranty detail: If the item in question is proven to be defective, famaraspirit will offer a repair or replacement. The result of the guarantee is at the discretion of famaraspirit. This warranty does not cover damage or loss, warping or discoloration (tarnishing), as a result of normal wear and tear, nor will it cover mishandling or negligence by its user. This policy does not cover any damage caused by the customer due to negligence or stress on the item in question. The warranty is void if external repair attempts are made.

Repair Detail: Metal work repairs are dependent on the extent or location of the damage or problem, in this case the item in question must be returned for evaluation. All gold-plated items require a new round of plating after repair.

Out of Warranty Repairs: If an item breaks outside of the two year warranty period or the damage is not considered a fault, famaraspirit will do its best to provide an affordable and fair solution to repair the item in question. All costs associated with this type of repair will be borne by the customer.

Shipping cost: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Discontinued Item Sales: All sales of discontinued items are final and are not eligible for return / repair.

JEWELLERY: All items are individually handmade or in small series casting, which makes each piece special and sometimes unique. Please note that although the designs are set, due to the individual human making of each item, they may vary slightly from the designs on the website. Not to mention that we use natural stones, so we cannot guarantee an exact description from the photo. We are happy to offer you unique jewellery so you know that you have a beautiful design that is sometimes similar but not exactly the same as the other.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our shop online. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer monitor will be accurate.

So, unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the purchase as long as they meet all the requirements expressed below:
a) Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
b) Present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

The legal basis for the processing of your data for this purpose is the legitimate interest of famaraspirit to retain its customers and keep them informed about our services and products that may be of interest to you. You can oppose the receipt of said information through the simple and free procedure that we make available to you in each commercial communication.
